Filling the seats in the Confederate States Government!

Greetings!  It is pleasing when a really good question is sent to me; not a question thrown by a critic but a well thought out and intelligent question.  Here my favorite for today: "How do we fill the seats in the Confederate Government and do it properly as you say?"  It is simple, either we gain the support of at least 51 percent of the population of the 'Southern States' as well as a number of allied states totaling approximately 27 State, or we never leave this this union.  First we gain the undivided attention of the masses of the people, which is where the Confederate Legion and the Southern Belles come into the strategy.

When we produce a spectacle of the size we have been discussing, the mass media can then be used (unintentionally on their part) to spread our message.  The entire world will not only see our long columns of Men in Gray and Southern Belles but will be receiving our message uncensored.  We will then gain the necessary support allowing us to control both houses of the legislature and likely the governorships in those states, which support our cause.  We will have returned Confederates to political power that can then call a 'Conference of Sovereign States.'  This would be an official conference, not that of private organizations!

The name of this conference is not critical, but it should not be termed a Constitutional Convention, at least not initially.  This conference will then lay the plans for Confederate States national elections in order to fill the now valid but vacant seats in the Confederate States Government.  The matter of liberation will then mean the various states will pass into law resolutions declaring the rescinding of their Articles of Secession to be invalid, having been achieved by force of arms.  Those states, which have never seceded, can then pass Articles of Secession.

The newly inaugurated Second Confederate States President will have it within his power to declare the occupation at an end and the Confederate States of America a free and independent nation.  Allow me to say here and now that I admire everyone efforts in behalf of the cause but in reality claims to have re-staffed the Confederate States Government are false.  True a private organization calling itself the Confederate States Government has been staffed and their patriotism is no doubt sincere.  But common sense and logic, let along constitutional issues would tell any man or women with an I.Q. higher then a frog, that a private organization is NOT the Confederate States Government.

Again this must be stated in order to properly answer the question and no disrespect is intended. If this private group is the Confederate States Government then I am the one and only General Robert E. Lee, and obviously I am not General Robert E. Lee.  If they can claim the one, then I can claim the other!  None-the-less all these things will be achieved, lawfully, peacefully, honorably and in the proper manner, including Confederate States Citizenship.  In closing let me state that no details have been given here, this is only a general statement. But the strategy is in motion!

All this does however allow me to say again, we need everyone's help, this is not a case of opposition with anyone but rather necessarily stating the absolute truth for the sake of achieving our common objective, the liberation of the Confederate States of America.
